With Renault teams in charge of the design and development of the GRS (Garage Renault Solidaire), the members of the Institute's team of teacher-researchers are following, through field surveys and regular exchanges with the managers, the deployment of this original concept by which the manufacturer and its networks assume their social responsibility by offering the most economically fragile households after-sales solutions at preferential rates.
